I am using this setup right now with a Ubuntu System. The newest Version of openBSC is not working with LCR. I suggest you try the following versions from the git repos: libosmocore: 43558316bc4e6ddac92dd198b07a4803c21dc77b openBSC: 305e2906aae7dbf45204f043394719c9a06c1227 Attached is a step by step guide I prepared for my students.
