Did you not get them? Your HillsboroughWest.tsv file shown below is a “Tag” file that associates system talkgroups with a name or tag. This file gets called from inside of trunk.tsv or whatever you want to name it as long as your call it with the -T xxxx.tsv from your rx.py command line. Let me know if you haven’t receive the files I sent.
