Chuck Kelsey wb2edv@roadrunner.com [op25-dev] op25-dev at yahoogroups.comThanks for sharing Tom. I gave a listen for a short period. A lot of the traffic was rather difficult for me to understand. There were times I could tell what was being said, other times not so. Probably about 50/50. Our system is currently still patching digital over to an analog channel, so it's a mix of both depending on the user. For some reason the digital traffic is a lot easier to understand. 90% of the time it is copyable. The remaining 10% is lost to the technology and I can't pull it out with my ears. The stuff still analog is, well, absolutely great. The Uniden scanner I had for a short while (programmed it for a friend) was pretty dismal on digital.
