Cannot make libnl

While compiling libnl I get the following errors:

I've tried bison 2.2, 2.3 and 2.6.2 with no success. Byacc and flex are also 
installed. Is it possible to fix these errors somehow? Unfortunately my 
knowledge of source syntax is not sufficient.
