Providing the access to CCCH was my initial plan (we already had a discussion in Ifed3891658501e0a04ff89563d0a02f08211eed3). However, implementing this turned out to be too complex. I spent hours trying to make it work, and in the end realized that it's just for sending Immediate Assignment in f_est_dchan(). I see no other reason why would a ConnHdlr component need access to CCCH.
