Change in osmo-gsm-manuals[master]: TRXD: generalze description of the 'RFU' ('PAD') field

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

A maintained and still updated list archive can be found at https://lists.osmocom.org/hyperkitty/list/gerrit-log@lists.osmocom.org/.

TRXD: generalze description of the 'RFU' ('PAD') field

This field will also appear in TRXDv2 packet diagrams, in several
places. Let's rename it to 'RFU', because it's actually something
that we intend to use in the future, rather than just padding.
