I somehow couldn't fetch this updated commit from gerrit. Don't know why but I've manually applied the change and added -b 0. It kind of works, bit rate maxes out but the proplem is that the stream goes forever, i.e. it doesn't stop after 30s like specified. I checked the logs and -i 30 -b 0 is passed correctly.
