For Abis, 64k is not required.  But of course, if we introduce E1 support to osmo-mgw, we should cover that case.  So I think we need 16k (top priority), 8k (second priority), 64k (third priority).  32k is basically irrelevant.

So while we don't strictly need full support for 64k slots right now, I would like to see it supported.  At the very least I think we should keep them in mind and make sure our endpoint naming scheme and overall code architecture at least anticipates them.
