BTS_Tests.cfg.tmpl: rename BTS_Tests.mp_bb_trxc_port

The module parameter BTS_Tests.mp_bb_trxc_port got renamed to
BTS_Tests.mp_bts_trxc_port. Lets change the config template accordingly.
