Add the bin subdir of the installed files to PATH, so osmo-gsm-manuals-check-depends can be used by ./configure --enable-manuals. Add optional --publish parameter to contrib/jenkins.sh to be used by the master-builds jenkins job. It will automatically upload the newly generated PDFs when commits land in master.
