recommend stock Debian/Ubuntu package for fysom

fysom is now available as a regular Debian/Ubuntu package
so there is no need anymore to install it via pip:
  https://packages.debian.org/stretch/python-fysom
  https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/python-fysom
