[PATCH] osmo-bsc[master]: auth: remove unused structs

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

The following structs are no longer used/needed:

- gsm_auth_algo
- gsm_auth_info
- gsm_auth_tuple
- gsm_security_operation
