Remove unusued left-over gsm0503_conv.c gsm0503_conv.c should have been removed as part of efbef50efc170caccf6354360638cda762dd7fc3 but somehow was left here. It's not referenced/compiled by the Makefile anymore, and the gsm053_conv.c in libosmogsm has superseded it anyway.
