Why the need for separate file and change in jenkins job? Is there reason why this check ("$JOB_NAME" == *"..) can't be performed inside jenkins.sh which would than choose proper compilation options?
I thought the general direction was to move as much of the job description as possible into version-controlled repo, away from jenkins web ui.
