osmo-mgw[master]: MGCP endpoints: parse as decimal, not hex

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

A maintained and still updated list archive can be found at https://lists.osmocom.org/hyperkitty/list/gerrit-log@lists.osmocom.org/.

Patch Set 2:

endpoints are *strings*. We should not treat them as numbers. So whatever this patch (or related patches do), it is only a very small incremental (and insignificant) step towards endpoints as names, which is what the MGCP spec has always stated.

Sure, the endpoints within one given "class" can be numbered - but thta's an implementation detail of the MGW, and all code dealing with the MGCP protocol should not make any assumption about the endpoint names being something that's not a string.
