Are you sure that you are using firmware compiled with enabled TX (I do not remember if it could be observed from layer1.log)?<div style>If yes, you can try not to use the ARFCN that is selected by MS automatically (in your log - 748DCS) by signal level, but try to stick on another ARFCN: e.g. 746DCS - second candidate by rxlev - or other. for this case use "stick 746" option and check for network's answers (ImmAss or ImmAssReject).</div>
