Dear Bilguun,

plase note OsmoNITB is obsolete and no longer maintained for quite some time now.

We strongly encourage you to use the new "split" stack with separate BSC, MSC, HLR, ...

you are using a configuration file from a program version that doesn't match
the version you are using.  I'm a bit puzzled about this, as the timer-related
command was added in Nvoember 2009 in commit 23975e718fd456ff8be7effbb915903f1bc173be.
