Please don't confuse Nut/OS with NuttX, they are different RTOS.
NuttX is a kind of POSIX/"Unix-like" for micro-controller.

You can start looking the NuttX port for Calypso micro-controller
which Stefan (ichgeh at l--putt.de) developed.
