I think you have some severe misunderstanding how Open Source development works.

2) if you need some extensions of OsmocomBB, you have two options:
   a) do it yourself.  It is Open Soruce software for exactly that reason!
   b) hire somebody to do it for you.

Why do you think that one of us will spend his time (rather than working e.g.
on customer projects) to implement the particular features you need?  If you
need it, you have to do it.
