Please be careful. This mailing list is not a place to trade / share or
otherwise discuss illegitimatley copied software.
If the seller has legitimate software and he is able to sell valid
licenses, everything is fine (but still a bit off-topic on the list).

I'd like to know how "Listen Network"
feature work.
It is implemented in ipaccess-config, so there is no need for the
ip.access-provided software. Their software will also not tell you
how that feature works. That is implemented inside the ip.access
firmware, and it is doing nothing else what a normal phone (or
OsmocomBB) do for scanning the power of ARFCNs, locking onto their
signal and reading system information messages.
