The same change occurred in other repositories, but it seems OpenGGSN is
the only repo where the README file was explicitly referred-to by the
Debian package rules. I fixed this over the weekend and the build seems
to have recovered.
We still have plenty of build failures on i586 recently, but those are
unrelated to my README related changes...
the osmo-auc-gen_test.sh still fails on 32bit systems,
to be fixed by

reviewed+merged now.
